    Presentation Title
Climate Change and Enhancing Resilience of Existing MRT Infrastructure

    Abstract
The potential risk posed by flooding is one of the key challenges to be over come in the development of urbanised areas. Uncertainty of climate change has not only increased the flood risk to low lying areas next to major rivers or estuaries, but will also potentially impact the developments with underground structures. The investigative works that have been conducted on existing MRT infrastructures to identify the potential flood risk and assessment of the adequacy of the current flood prevention measures implemented will be presented.
